Samira sinha
Chair
Samira Sinha is thrilled to serve as Chair for this year’s SpAdhoc committee! She is a senior at UCSB, double-majoring in Political Science and Ethics & Public Policy. This marks her fourth year in MUN, where she serves as Director of Training for the General Assembly. Outside of MUN, Samira holds a B.F.A. in Indian classical dance, reflecting her lifelong love of movement and rhythm. She now channels that same energy into baking experiments that occasionally alarm her roommates. When she’s not walking 20,000 steps or chasing her daily hydration goals, she teaches Congressional Debate at Dougherty Valley High School and is working on her senior thesis on AI surveillance.
Natalie nash
Co-Chair
Natalie Nash is a 4th-year Economics and Sociology double major with an English minor from Monrovia, California. She joined MUN in her third-year at UCSB after so many of her fabulous friends loved it and dragged her to Munctions before she even knew what a crisis was. She’s very excited to be more active in her last year and can’t wait to co-chair this committee! By the time SBI rolls around, she will have seen A$AP Rocky on tour and will likely talk about it any chance she gets, much like her study abroad experience. When she’s not at training, you can spot Natalie at her friends’ homes, finding a sunny spot to study in, coaching mutton riding, or complaining about having to cook. She hopes you all enjoy your time in Santa Barbara as much as she does!
